THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Nancy Wanjiru Machans and (2) Peter Mathenge Njiri, both of P.O. Box 542, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.420 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeni, registered under title No. Kabaru Block II/Mathina/399, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed of no effect.
