WHEREAS (1) Dipak F,ulchand Shah and (2) Malakumari Dipak Shah, both of P.O. Box 48527-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of Apartment No. B8, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/1550, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 106985, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice Is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
