REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Esther Njeri Kuria (ID/2024240), (2) Jeremiah Ngugi Nganga (ID/2024412) and (3) Peter Kuria Ruo Mungai (ID/0234732), all of P.O. Box 96, Kiunyu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 6.9 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Loc. I/Kiunyu/462, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty -(60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no.objection has been received within that period.
