TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 286 OF 2015 By (1) Georgiadis Mako Shoti and (2) Godfrey Ikatukhu Mako, both of P.O. Box 78, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Mutongoi Makoo alias Mutongoyi Mark, who died at Shibuname Sub-location, on 16th September, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2016 By (1) Jane Wanjiru Munga and (2) David Githuku Munga, both of P.O. Box 1854, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Munga Gathuri, who died at Nairobi, on 7th May, 1994.
