CAUSE No. 34 OF 2016 By (1) Sarijore ole Komoi, (2) Ndeseiya ole Nteiya and (3) Siml Nteiya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ntiya ole Komoi alias Nteiyia ole Komoi, who died at Enkarial, Rongena, on 12th September, 1991. CAUSE No. 67 OF 2016 By (1) Elizabeth Wanjiku Mungai and (2) Mary Waithira Mungai, the deceased's widow and mother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Njau Muchiri, who died at Kimana Sub-Location, on 1st July, 2015. CAUSE No. 71 OF 2016 By (1) Jonathan Kayianga Mpaayo, (2) Noosentui Mpaayo Seki and (3) Patel Mpaato Seki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mpaayo Seki, who died at Olkiloriti Kajiado, on 28th September, 1996.
