TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.3 op 2016 By (I) Duncan Ochieng Achienga and (2) Fredrick Onyango Achianga, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Achienga Okuon, who died at Gongo Sub-location, on 13th February, 2000. CAUSE No.7 OF 2016 By Martin Oduor Yore, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Thomas Yore Nyagilo and (2) George Ouma Yore alias Ouma Thomas Yore, who died at Karapul Sub-location, on 18th August, 1991 and 22nd October, 2002, respectively. CAUSE No. 27 OF 2016 By Kalebo Okoyo Oyoo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyo Oyim, who died on 1st January, 1971. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2016 By Damar Auma Odongo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Odongo Olwande, who died on 29th September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
