CAUSE NO. 418 OF 2015 By David Onyango Oboge, of P.O. Box 93, Suna in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (I) Nyakure Achar, Maricus Omolo Oboge and (2) Gilbertus Omulo Oboge alias Nyakure Achar, Omolo Oboge and Omula Oboge, who diedon 15th April, 1984, 3rd December, 2014 and 26th November, 2012, respectively. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2016 By Gilbert Lumwagi Jumba, of P.O. Box 44, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Lumwagi Jumba alias Elisha Lumwagi, who died on 6th December, 1981.
