WHEREAS Kiraguri Kagiri (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land known as Kiine/Kibingoti/Nguguine/503, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 321 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Francis Kibuchi Kiraguri, and whereas all efforts made recover the land title deed and'be surrendered to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Francis Kibuchi Kiraguri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiraguri Kagiri (deceased), shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect. GAzE'rrtt NOTICE NO. 3795 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) - REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kirathe Nyamu (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land known as MwerualKabiriri/406, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 44 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Joseph Muriithi Kirathe, and whereas all efforts made recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Joseph Muriithi Kirathe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kirathe Nyamu (deceased), shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
