TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2015 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Mwaniki and (2) Michael Ndung'u Mwaniki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mwaniki Ndung'u, who died at Lumboka Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2016.
