GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5169

WHEREAS Francisca Malisi Okaya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 32/630, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 108 of 1994, has issued grant of letters of administration and. certificate of confirmation . of grant in favour of (1) Angelina Mikalitsi Muteshi and (2) Catherine Agevi, of P.O. Box 70051, Nairobi, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission 'R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said application to te,registere.d as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in favour of (1) Angelina Mikalitsi Muteshi and (2) Catherine Agevi, of P.O. Box 70051, Nairobi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Francisca Malisi Okaya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
