REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Georg Heinrich Koenecke, of P.O. Box 635 Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as 21134/2 Mambrui, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kiifi District, registered as C.R. 31450, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of *this land title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof,-unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
