REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kinyanjui Gatumbi (2) Stephen Thuo (deceased) and (3) Geoffrey Mwangi (deceased), all of P.O. Box 31-10201, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/352, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered by virtue of an indenture registered in Volume N41, Folio 238, File 12819, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided tht no objection has been received within that period.
