APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 51 (2) of the Water Act, and Para. 2 of the First Schedule, the Cabinet Secretary for Water and Irrigation appoints — Jacinta Odhiambo Abdi Sheikh Mohamed Peter Kitelo Chongeiywo Robert Namunyi Wawire Isaac Kipyego Maiyo to be members of the Lake Victoria North Water Services Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 14th June, 2016.
