Box 24; Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Gathigia Muriithi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Gathigia Muriithi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Gathigia Muchira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and, address her by her assumed name Mary Gathigia Muchira only.
