TENDER

notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles Reg. No. KAU 815K, Toyota Prado, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at St. Austin's Services Station Limited, situated at Shell Petrol Station, next to Lavington Mall, James Gichuru Road, Nairobi, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
