NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the Equity Bank, Kariobangi South of the following motor vehicle deposited at Paveway Garage at Nyahururu, KAT 463C Nissan Matatu. Depositors are requested to take delivery of the same within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of repair costs and any other related expenses failure to which the said goods will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to them.
