IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) and paragraph (1) 2 of the Schedule to the Kenya National Library Services Board Act, I, Uhuni Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— NOAH KATANA NGALA to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Kenya National Library Services Board for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 24th June, 2016.
