IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 16 (2) (a) of the National Youth Council Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— DEBORAH Burn to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Youth Advisory Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th June, 2016.
