IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7,(3) of the State Corporations Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— FRANCIS KIPKURuI SANG (DR.) to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Betting Control and Licensing Board up to 21st January, 2019 with effect from the 24th June, 2016.
