TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2016 By Jared Okoth Okombo, of P.O. Box 41, Ogongo in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Okoth Okombo, who died on 17th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2016 By Monica Auma Oguta, of P.O. Box 30, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Oguta Juju, who died on 27th April, 2006. By Joshua Miraga, of P.O. Box 12, Magunga in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Askanas Miraga Otiwa, who died on 24th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
