TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 33 "A"OF 2016 By (1) Monicah Njeri Wangari and (2) Caroline Wanjiku Ndichu, both of P.O. Box 210, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow and friend, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndung'u Njoroge, who died along Githunguri—Kagwe Road, on 4th October, 2015. CAUSE No. 35 OF 2016 By (I) Muthoni Mwaura and (2) Simon Mwangi Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 559, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwaura Waigiri, who died at Gathigia, Gathugu, on 13th September, 2015. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2016 By (1) Peter Kinyanjui Muigai and (2) Eliud Kimani Muigai, both of P.O. Box 75, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased's stepsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Kinyanjui, who died at Mathari Hospital in Kenya, on 1st December, 1981.
