TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. 2 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Kiprop Maritim, (2) David Kipii Maritim, (3) Nancy Chepkirui Rop and (4) Edwin K.iprotich Maritim, all of P.O. Box 55, Sosiot in Kenya, for 4 grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Maritim Sigei, who died at Teldet Sub-location, on 8th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
