CAUSE No. 72 OF 2016 By Daniel Kinyna Irungu, of P.O Box 36, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Muthoni Irungu, who died at Kagumo, on 21St April, 2014. CAUSE No. 73 OF 2016 By Hellen Mukiri, of P.O Box 448, Kirigara in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Misheck Mwiti Maingi, who died at Kariene, on 11th December, 2013.
