TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this Court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2016 By Anne Purity Adhiambo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Anyango Owino, who died on 29th April, 2013. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2016 By Leonard Benedict Arum, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marcela Achieng Ojuang, who died on 11th November, 1980. - The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
