TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 54 OF 2016 By Nzaro Kalama Mwaleya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalama Mwaleya, who died on 5th June, 1979. CAUSE No. 56 OF 2016 By Athumani Mbwana Kumala, the deceased's buyer, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mweri Ndaro, who died on 12th July, 1994. CAUSE No. 57 OF 2016 By (1) Jumwa Mweri Baya and (2) Mangi Mweri Baya, the deceased's widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration - intestate to the estate of Mweri Baya Karisa, who died on 13th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to - the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
