TAKE NOTICE that applications havitig been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 39 OF 2016 By Lynne Holland, the executor of the will of the deceased, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Lady Kathleen Blackburn alias Kathleen Blackburn, who died at Agha Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2016. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2016 By Harrison Marifa Toi, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Ishmael Toi, who died at Kibarani, Kilifi, on 30th April, 2014. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2016 By Titus Mwanje Ndaa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Mwanje Ndaa, who died on 15th August, 2004. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2016 By Mwanje Baya Mganga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Mwanje Ndaa, who died on 28th February, 2008. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2016 By (1) Simona Sgarzi and (2) Stefania Sgarzi, the trustees, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of Ubaldo Sgarzi, who died at Bologna, Italy, on 28th January, 2015.
