CAUSE No. 78 OF 2016 By George Kimuri Theuri, of P.O. Box 17646-00 100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Njoki 'Theuri, who died on 19th December, 2015.
