NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to collect their motor vehicles stored under card No. 4444 (KAV 625Z Toyota Sprinter, KAQ 468S Toyota Surf, KAH 352S Mercedes Benz 123, KAG 734G Mercedes Benz 124, KAH 695B Mercedes Benz 124, KAE 405A Peugeot 405, KTF 669 Mercedes Benz 123, KBP 049B Mitsubishi HD, KYJ 135 Mercedes Benz 123, KAP 070C Ford, KAW 357E Suzuki, KBH 073J DAF,) to collect their motor vehicles under card no. 0498 (all lying uncollected at the premises of Motors Care Limited, along Langata Road, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Motor Care Limited all the storage charges and any other payments and incidental costs including cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
