WHEREAS Stephen Kimwaki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing '19.92 hectares or thereabout, known as Githunguri/Gathangari/507, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1570 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Francis Ndichu Kimwaki and (2) Rose Wangari Kimwaki, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Stephen Kimwaki (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, pIovided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said to Stephen Kimwaki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETrE NOTICE No. 2808 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Ng'ang'a Kamunge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.72 hectares or thereabout, known as Githunguri/Nyagal370, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the principal magisrate's court at Githunguri in succession cause No. 6 of 2002, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Peter Ng'ang'a Kangethe and (2) Joseph Kangi Ng'ang'a, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Ng'ang'a Kamunge (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.
