REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elijah Ngige Kamotho (deceased), of P.O. Box 542- 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Lainguse/Kiptenga Block 2 (Kamuyu)/323, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court at Busia in succession cause No. 76 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Judith Wanja Ngige and (2) Anna Muthoni, both of P.O. Box 896, Meru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceedwith registration of the said application to be registered by transmission in the names of (1) Judith Wanja Ngige and (2) Anna Muthoni.
