REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ayieko Ouko, of Rangwe, Homa Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout, Situate in the district of Horna Bay, registered under title No. Gem/Kajulu/237, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing the aforesaid' ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
