REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jim Kiptum Choge (deceased), of P.O. Box 3926, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.4002 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. EldoretlMunicipality Block 14/622, and whereas the land register of the said piece of land cannot be traced in the registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, piovided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall reconstruct a new land register and upon such opening, the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
