REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nancy Wathimu Njoka (ID/14502513), of P.O. Box 251, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 1.214 and 0.052 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 2/Makomboki/870 and Loc. 2/Makoniboki/T. 36, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
