WHEREAS Mohamedali Suleimanji Heptullabhai, of P.O. Box 15865-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0297 hectare or thereabout, Situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru/Municipality Block 3/81, and whereas Edith Wanjiru Gathu, of P.O. Box 7263, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, as administrator of the estate, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of '4xty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
