WHEREAS Ndungu Kiara (JD/1853072). is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.1325 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru. registered under title No. Molo South/Langsvenda Block 6/53, and whereas sufficient-evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiratiop of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
