WHEREAS (1) Nduhiu Njama and (2) Gladys Murugi Njama, both of P.O. Box 75514, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0252 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 72/507, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a flew, certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
