APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Section 31 (3) (a) of the Accountants Act, 2008, the the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— CHARITY MurHONI MUYA-NGARUIYA to be the Chairman of Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st April, 2016.
