DECLARATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Prisons Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, declares that for the purpose of the Act, the area of land described in the Schedule shall be a Prison. SCHEDULE OLOITOKTOK PRISON An area of land measuring approximately 1.936 hectares situated within Oloitoktok Township, Kajiado County, the boundaries of which are fenced and particularly delineated on the physical planning reference No. KAJ/3 17/2013/1.
