IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (3) (a) of the Accountants Act, 2008, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints — SIMON PETER OLE NKERI to be a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st April, 2016.
