WHEREAS M'Marete Kathara (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Abothuguchi/Gitie/168, situate in the district of Mew, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 182 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Tiondori Mugambi and (2) Maria Karoki M'Marete, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title it "d in respect of M'Marete Kathara (deceased), the said piece of late egistered in the name of is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with he production of" the said land title deed and proceed with registr on of. the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmissionR:L 19 in the names of (I) Tiondori Mugambi and (2) Maria Karóki MMarete, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M'Marete Kathara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. - -.
