PROPOSED ACQUISITION

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 46 (6) (a) (ii) of the Competition Act, 2010, it is notified for general information of the (NO: of 2012) ISSUE OF A 1uROVffiIORAL CEIItIPhiATE WHEREAS Clara Mkamboi Maiha, of P:O. BCk 90344-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered owner in freehold interest of that land containing 0.0311 hectare or thereabouts, known as No. 1230/I1/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of a title known as C.R. 17308, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
