the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to Nicholas, Kipkoech R. Ronoh, the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBY 402J, Toyota Lexus RX 400, which has been lying at the premises of Kheng Motors, Nairobi to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding balance of the purchase price, storage charges, costs of publication of this notice and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date of delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of the notice, the same will be sold by public auction or private treaty by Upstate Kenya Auctioneers, Of P.O. Box 103754-00101, Nairobi to defray the amount due and costs incurred and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
