THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkering arap Chirchir, of P.O. Box 12, Kiptugumo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Kiptugumo/890, . and whereas the principal magistrates' court at Kericho under misc, civil application No. 45 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided and the exeéutive officer of the said court to sign mutation and transfer forms in favour of the applicant, and whereas efforts made to compel the registered owner to surrender the said title have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided, no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
