WHEREAS Joseph Gachie Mburu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nakuru/Municipality Block 3/718, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 425 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confmisation of grant in favour of Nancy Wambui Gachii , and whereas the administrator has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Nancy Wambui Gachii, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Gachie Mburu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NOTICE No. -2223 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Njeru Gakuthi (deceased), of Embu, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as KagaarifKanjal5033, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause No. 3 of 2013, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Daniel Njeru Kagundu (ID/0283730), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Daniel Njeru Kagundu (ID/0283730), and upon such registration the land title deed- issued earlier to Njeru Gakuthi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
