WHEREAS Stanley Mbugua Kahiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Karai/Karai/265, containing 4.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 108 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) James Mwaura Mbugua and (2) John Njoroge Mbugua, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Stanley Mbugua Kahiga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Stanley Mbugua Kahiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Mihingo (deceased), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as NguirubilThigio/1604, containing 1.133 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2388 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Eunice Wambui Mwaura and (2) Rose Jackline Muthoni Macharia, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said (I) Eunice Wambui Macharia (ID/10257317) and (2) James M. Mihingo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no Objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title .deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Eunice Wambui Macharia (ID/10257317) and (2) JameS.
