REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kihiu Mwiri Farmers Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office in Nairobi, of P.O. Box 1401, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 9214/3, 9214/5, 9214/6 and 9214/7, situate east of Thika Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of certificates of title registered as I.R. 141893/1, 141894/I, 141895/1 and 141896/I, respectively, and whereas the said parcels of land have been subdivided and title deeds for the beneficiaries processed, and whereas the efforts to have the original certificates of title and the subsequent provisional certificates of title surrendered have proved futile, notice is given for surrender of the certificates of title registered as I.R. 141893/1, 141894/1, 141895/1 and 141896/1, respectively, and the provisional certificates of title thereof failure to which they will stand cancelled after the lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
