ACT

PURSUANT to theprovisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to Danimma Agencies Limited, the owner of Toyota pick-up, reg. No. KBP 8808, motor vehicle lying uncollected at the premises of Auto Garage, Athi River along Nairobi—Mombasa Road. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding amounts (including storage charges), the item shall be disposed of by way of public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owner and proceeds of the sale used to defray the outstanding amounts and other costs associated with the disposal thereof.
