WHEREAS Kiania Michael Chege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.20 and 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as Komothai/Kiratinal1995 and 1996, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 107 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration to the said Evans Mwaura Kiania, and whereas the said title deeds issued earlier to the said Kiania Michael Chege (deceased), have been reported missing or lost,' notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kimani Nagi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 7.0 acres or thereabout, known as GithungurilGithiga/26, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1128 of 1988, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) John Njenga Kimani, (2) Francis Kahende Kimani, (3) Lydia Nyangendo Kirnani and (4) John Peter Njenga Kimani, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Kimani Nagi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I 7- intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said to Kimani Nagi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 20th May, 2016. J.
