WHEREAS Jeremiah Kinyamasyo Kisovwe (ID/9276158), of P.O. Box 146-90200, Kitui in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest those pieces of land containing 2.95 and 4.56 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kitui, registered under title Nos. NzambanifNgungi/298 and 1075, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
