TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2016 By Elias Mjomba Mwakio, of P.O. Box 154, Mwatate in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henrita Irma Mwakio, late of Menge, Sub-location, who died at Mengo Sub-location, on l2th February, 2015. CAUSE No.2 OF 2016 By Julius Mwahee Mwawuya, of P.O. Box 1027, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwawuya Teka, late of Wundanyi, who died on 11th February, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
